2010 with a BANG!
Happy 2010 everyone. To kick off the new year I thought I'd do a few small updates on the site for everyone's viewing pleasure. I'll soon have most of my work set up to sell as prints and hopefully within the next few months I'll really get started on making a book out of my sketchbooks.

I've posted new portraits on the portraits page as well as new sketchbook pages. I have a lot of faith that 2010 will be a banner year so here's to progress! Cheers!

In Transit
The show at Cafe Royale is coming soon as well as new shirts from Gama-Go. All work will soon be on the site for everyone to see. I'm also busy with editorial work for a soon to be disclosed client. This is going to be a great few weeks for all my projects. I hope to see you all at the show on August 6th. Cheers!
What's Happening!
I'm currently working on two solo shows as well as designs for Gama-Go. The first show is at Gallery Royale beginning August and running through the month. Opening reception will be August 6th.
The second will be at 666 Gallery in September, the ending is TBA at the moment. Opening reception is Friday September 18th.
The works presented at the shows will be extensions of my sketchbook work. I've chosen the theme name "In Transit" for the first show as it encompasses the work I do in my sketchbooks whilst on the move from place to place. Though the work has been pulled form the pages of old tattered books the intimacy of the work stays true to the original meaning of a sketchbook. I hope to see everyone there and I'll keep the updates coming as the news pours in. Cheers!
GAMA-GO
New work in the ©Gama-Go folder! Check out the shirt designs and follow the links to the designs you like and buy them right now. I'm happy to say they are all available through the Gama-Go website HERE!

That's right, I'm publishing a book of my work. It is available on Lulu.com under Banal Obsession: the art of Eli Harris. I haven't seen it in print yet so I would wait to order until I give it the go ahead. I set it at a reasonable pricepoint for the print version and you can also download it for half the price. American Gangster
New digital fun on the old blag. I'm working on some bigger pieces which should be done within the next few weeks. I'll post them as soon as I finish. I'm getting into some touchy subjects too so, I think I'll have to be very careful about the final products. I'm still stoked though, and thanks to everyone for stopping by.
Another new piece
Enjoy a new work in the Illustrative folder and on my blag. More sketchbook work is on its way. Thanks for all the support.

Note to self.
Remember to check copy before posting any written changes to the site. I'm plagued by horrible typos. What a drag. Please, if you notice anything wrong on the site feel free to tell me. Thanks to all for checking out my site too. Though I may not change this site too much I try my best to update the old blag as much as possible.
So long, and thanks for the hits!
